1. The buyer creates a tender
A verified buyer picks a category, describes what is needed (specifications, quantity, delivery terms and budget) and publishes a structured tender. BharatTender's AI can suggest details while the tender is being written, so nothing important is missed.
2. Relevant vendors are notified
Once the tender is live, verified vendors in that category are notified by email and WhatsApp and can choose to take part.
3. Vendors bid, the buyer compares
Vendors submit their bids and the buyer sees them side by side. The AI compares the bids and recommends the best price. The buyer still decides: price is one factor, and the buyer awards against their own stated criteria.
4. Award, purchase order and delivery
The buyer awards the tender to one vendor and generates a Purchase Order. From there the order is tracked until every line item is delivered, and the buyer can follow each step.
